The public consultation period was from Friday 15 May 2009 to Friday 27 July 2009.
The Council has prepared a draft Management Plan for Jellie Park in Burnside. Jellie Park is a Christchurch City Council recreation reserve of 12 ½ hectares in the north west of the city. It is bounded on one side by the Wairarapa Stream and has an ornamental lake in the centre.
To provide and manage high quality recreation facilities that enable and encourage the people of north-west Christchurch to take part in physical activities in a sustainable, accessible and attractive parkland setting.
